#23 – Entice A – NEW Caribbean Tapas Restaurant in Midtown – Now Open!

Last week, I had the unexpected privilege of visiting Entice A, Midtown’s newest restaurant specializing in Caribbean-inspired tapas cuisine, for a pre-grand opening tasting lunch. It’s not often you get to say that you have truly been to a restaurant before anyone else!

The space is chic and sleek, modern yet still warm. The three distinctive seating areas – chairs and low tables, regular tables and chairs, and the bar area, allow the patron to choose their experience based on their mood. The ultra-posh VIP area lends an air of excitement – who will you see sitting there at your next visit?

We tried the Beer Short Ribs, Sweet Pepper Shrimp and Cheese Grits, and the Hot Spinach and Asiago Cheese  Dip with Herbed Pita Chips – all delicious. But the Jerk Chicken Flatbread Pizza stole the show – perfectly spiced on a crispy flatbread – definitely my favorite!

For the time being – the next couple of weeks – they are open only for lunch, daily from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM, so get there now and try them out!  Soon they will change to their regular hours: Monday through Thursday, 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM; Friday, 4:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Saturday and Sunday, 11:00 AM – 3:00 AM. (Personally, I hope they’ll decide to eventually be open again for lunch – the portions are perfect and the location is fantastic!)

Ask for Simone – and tell her that 365Atlanta sent you!

I finally had a chance to visit Entice A this past weekend and upon my initial entrance…. I thought it was going to be pretty stuffy (with all the glitz and glamour)……to my suprise I felt right at home. The staff was very attentive and the food was delicious. The Spinich Dip is to die for — hats off to the chef. Management made sure we were well taken care of just as much as the wait staff (and not bad of the eyes either….lol). I will be visiting again real soon. I give Entice A a thumbs up!!! Recommendation: Highly favorable.
