Last week, on the season finale of the second season of Top Chef Masters, Ethiopian-born and Swedish-raised chef Marcus Samuelsson was crowned the new Top Chef Master, beating out some tough competition. And now you can meet him in person at an exclusive “meet, eat and tweet.” On Thursday, June 17, 2010, at 6:30 PM, join Chef Marcus at Macy’s – North Point Mall as he prepares some specialty dishes and discusses his philosophy of food.
Chef Marcus is the author of “New American Table” and is enjoying an illustrious career. On his website, he describes himself as “chef, restaurateur, author, entrepreneur and food activist. [His] passion for food has no geographic boundaries.” The is a unique opportunity to meet Chef Marcus, listen to his amazing story and see him cook, live!
