The movie I totally love is An Affair to Remember.
Doesn’t matter if its the original or the remake, it takes my heart away to know there is true love out there.

  2. I like the movie Ocean’s Eleven. Either the orignal or the remake. It is one of the smartest movies around and very stylish. Great music soundtrack to both original and remake

  7. Angie Appoo says:

This is sooo bad..but I love “Pretty Woman”, and I really don’t know why…maybe bc its a modern-day Cinderella (well not so modern now) or maybe it’s bc Julia Roberts and Richard Gere are so great..but it’s a guilty pleasure :)

“The Ballad of Cable Hogue” directed by Peckinpah. It’s sweet, romantic and quirky; Jason Robards is great.

  14. Keli McNamara says:

I already am a subscriber!! My all time favorite movie is “It’s a Wonderful Life!” Definitely a feel good movie! A reminder for us to all live with gratefulness! One of the most inspiring movies of all time! Here’s some inspiring trivia! While filming the scene where George prays in the bar, James Stewart has said that he was so overcome that he began to sob right then and there. Later, Frank Capra reframed the shot so it looked like a much closer shot than was actually filmed because he wanted to catch that expression on Stewart’s face. WOW!!!!

  15. Br says:

Stand By Me…Classic and brings me back to childhood memories

  16. Ivy says:

The Birds by alfred hitchcock, still scary and a true classic.

  17. Cantrece says:

“Legends of the Fall” is by far my favorite movie largely in part because of Brad Pitt, but aside from that, the story draws on so many different emotions. I just love it!!!

  18. Lauren says:

Wow, everyone has such great movies listed!

I’m going to go in a different direction and say ‘Mean Girls’. I realize it’s not necessarily a classic, but it’s clever and fun to watch over and over. This would make for a great summer film festival movie! :)

“My Best Friend’s Wedding” is my favorite movie! “Michael… I love you. I’ve loved you for nine years, I’ve just been too arrogant and scared to realize it, and… well, now I’m just scared. So, I realize this comes at a very inopportune time but I really have this gigantic favor to ask of you. Choose me. Marry me. Let me make you happy. Oh, that sounds like three favors, doesn’t it?” Ohh I loveeee that movie!!!!

  23. Andrew Brotherton says:

Favorite movie is Hitch or Man on Fire. Hitch because not only is it cheesy and romantic, but I’m so similar to Kevin Jame’s character in the movie and Man on Fire is such a wonderful story with such a beautiful back story of this little girl saving his life by giving him a purpose.

  24. TIffini says:

My favorite movie of all time is Jason’s Lyric…Why? Who wouldn’t want to drop everything they’re doing to be with the one you absoultely love and then lay in a field of flowers making love! OWWW! Hot! Love it! LMBO…

  30. Jessica says:

This one deserves a “don’t judge me” disclaimer, but my favorite movie is Clueless! It may not win any cinematic awards, but it’s funny and heartwarming.

  31. Heather says:

My favorite movie of all time is “Steel Magnolias”. I’m from the South so that explains part of the love. But it’s there in the name – women can be soft/feminine, yet unbelievably strong. Plus I love any movie where you are laughing hysterically one moment and crying the next. A very close second of my all-time favorite movies is Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (and I know that is showing at Fox this weekend!) I like that one because of the great one-liners and let’s face it – Robert Redford and Paul Newman were just beautiful!

  32. My favorite movie is “Requiem for a Dream” not because it’s a heart warming film, but just the opposite. From start to finish, both audibly and visually, it’s brilliantly executed. The acting, composition, character development, plot – they’re all developed perfectly. Most of all, it just keeps building momentum, and as you’re watching, your heartbeat also speeds up as things get more and more out of whack, and just as you think it can’t get any worse, well Aronofsky keeps pumping adrenaline through your system… all the way to the ending climax. Just phenomenal!

  33. Bethany says:

My favorite movie is Sandlot. It brings back lots of memories of watching it with friends, it’s got great music, and it makes me want to find a Sandlot and play some ball!

  34. Amanda says:

I am a self-professed movie nut but the one movie that I can watch a million times, find something new in it each time and just love how it makes me feel is….Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. superb acting and the soundtrack is killer!

  35. Masooda says:

I don’t have any all time favorite movie but there are many that I equally love. I would love to watch SALT and Inception.

  36. Penny says:

My favorite all time movie is Gone With The Wind. As a child I got all dressed up and went with my grandmother, mom, aunts, and cousins to see the movie at the Fabulous Fox. What an incredible experience!! One I will never forget. I love Scarlet! “I will think about that tomorrow. After all tomorrow is another day.”

  37. Meredith Tongue says:

I wracked my brain for this and had a hard time coming up with just ONE movie! But, I love movies that make me laugh (comedies) and evoke good memories. So… I’m going to have to go with “Christmas Vacation”. My family watches it together every year around the holidays and laughs hysterically at all the parts that we have been laughing at for years– it never gets old.

  38. Becca says:

Just subscribed! My all time favorite movie is My Best Friend’s Wedding. I just love Julia Roberts and Cameron Diaz in that movie and think they did a fabulous job portraying a love triangle gone bad. So good!

  39. JoVonn says:

“Dirty Dancing” because there is dancing and romance. Who doesn’t love young summer love? The music was great too.

  40. Bernice BS says:

My favorite movie is “Passion of Christ”

  41. Biloxi Peach says:

    Gone with the Wind….
The Best Ever for Us in the ATL !!!

An epic movie which encompasses action, history, romance, sensational era fashions, and memorable cliches. Often imitated never duplicated.
