Cobb County Restaurant Week – September 11 through 18, 2010 – starts this Saturday and features the best that Cobb County has to offer! Only in its second year, the Cobb County Restaurant Week enjoyed amazing success last year and is projecting an even bigger turnout this time around. Like other restaurant weeks around the city, participating restaurants feature 3-course prix fixe dinner menus (some restaurants also offer lunch specials – marked with * below), all priced at just $20.10 per person (not including beverage, tax and gratuity). It’s the perfect way to try out a new place you’ve had your eye on, or to visit an old favorite and enjoy this great discount!
Participating restaurants include: Aspen’s Signature Steaks (2 locations), Atkins Park Tavern*, Big Chow Grill, Cherokee Cattle Co.*, Chicago’s, Crepe Revolution, The Grape, Henry’s Louisiana Grill*, La Paz*, Maggiano’s*, Marietta Diner*, Marietta Fish Market*, Marlow’s Tavern* (2 locations), Medici, Meehan’s Public House*, The Melting Pot, Noche, Pasta Bella*, Shilling’s on the Square, Soho American Bistro, South City Kitchen Vinings, Taverna Fiorentina, Ted’s Montana Grill* (5 locations), The Village Cafe, Waterstone Grill, Zucca Bar & Pizzeria*. More restaurants and locations may be added, so check the Cobb County Restaurant Week website for updates and more details!
A few of my favorites in the list are Henry’s Louisiana Grill (totally worth the drive to Acworth, no matter where you’re coming from!), Marlow’s Tavern, and of course, South City Kitchen Vinings. I hope you’ll pick an old favorite or fin a new one this week!
Reservations are recommended – and the easiest way to book them online through the event’s reservation partner, Open Table (not all restaurants available on Open Table). Or of course, you can call individual restaurants (phone numbers listed on website).
