The Decatur Wine Festival is this Saturday, November 6, 2010 – but you’ll want to get your tickets now, since they are only available in advance!
From 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday, you can sample over 300 wines – many of which are organic or sustainable – from around the globe at 50 different sampling tables. You can also try tasty plates from some of Decatur’s best-loved restaurants, like Bhojanic, Capozzi’s, The Cookie Studio, Farmstead 303, Feast Restaurant, The Iberian Pig Kitchen and Bar, Isabella’s Cafe, The Marlay House, The Mercantile, Parker’s on Ponce, Saba, Sushi Avenue, El Tesoro, Watershed Restaurant, and Zucca Bar and Pizzeria. Try a bite from each restaurant and then vote on your favorite at the Decatur Arts Alliance tent.
Hailed as Metro Atlanta’s largest wine festival, the Decatur Wine Festival is not to be missed! Tickets are just $32.00 but are only available in advance, so get yours today! Also, for the first time ever, you can experience the Decatur Art Walk in conjunction with the Decatur Wine Festival. Friday night, November 5, 2010 – from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM – you can stroll through local Decatur businesses and view art from local artists. You can also meet the artists and enjoy complimentary food and beverages at each stop.
