Join Kevin Mulcahy, a certified Master of Whisky, to explore the world of Irish Whiskey or Uisce Beathea (ish ca-ba-ha), known as the “Water of Life.” Fadó’s chef, has created a unique four-course menu, each dish created to complement the whiskey it’s paired with. Greeted with an original Bushmills mixed with ginger ale, the first course is a Scotch Egg, served with whole grain mustard and chutney and paired with Bushmills 16-year Single Malt. The salad is an Arugula Salad with figs, manchego, almonds, dried cranberries with a red wine vinaigrette paired with Bushmills 10-year Single Malt. The main course is a Herb-Marinated Pork Chop, pan-seared with a cabbage & wild mushroom ragout, colcannon and cider jus and served with Bushmills Black Bush. Finally, for dessert, enjoy a Butterscotch Pudding with Bushmills 1608 Anniversary Edition.
