This fun evening combines the flavors of the season with a little bit of culinary education. Three wine-tasting stations allow you to sample from over 25 brands and even place orders for your favorites at a special price! Paired with delicious, specially-prepared Southern-style bites, you can savor the flavors of a Southern holiday feast.
In addition, Executive Chef Chip Ulbrich and Chef de Cuisine Blake Wagner will be presenting 15-minute cooking demonstrations throughout the evening, featuring three simple specialty dishes perfect for the holidays: Sweet Potato Cakes with Smoked Trout Salad, Stone-Ground Grits and Gouda Fritters, and Pan-Seared Quail Breasts on Bleu Cheese Toasts with Spicy Cane Syrup.
