We’re back on CBS Better Mornings Atlanta this morning, and there are lots of great things going on this weekend in Atlanta. And if the weather reports are accurate, it’s going to be a fabulous weekend to be out and about!
This Friday, March 11, 2011, from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM at Woodruff Park you can hoola hoop your way to better health for a good cause at the Atlanta Hoop Jam for Hope. Donations support Atlanta Women’s Foundation.
Want to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at home this year? Check out the Luck O’ the Irish Cooking Class at The Cook’s Warehouse! Learn classic Irish dishes (Irish food is better than you may think!) this Saturday, March 12, 2011, from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM at the Decatur location.
And since I’m of Irish descent and this is my favorite holiday of the year, I can’t resist the urge to include one more St. Patty’s Day event – one of the best in our fair city. The Atlanta St. Patrick’s Day Parade is this Saturday, March 12, 2o11, beginning at 12:00 noon.
We’ll be featuring each of these in more detail later in the week, so be sure to tune in to CBS Better Mornings Atlanta this morning and 365Atlanta.com each day! Enjoy everything Atlanta has to offer!
