Dunwoody’s Lemonade Days is This Weekend – Festival Fun for the Whole Family! April 14 through 17, 2011
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade…
Dunwoody Lemonade Days is an annual celebration of the Dunwoody community’s triumph following the 1998 tornado that left many neighborhoods devastated and destroyed. Lemonade Days, the annual fundraising event of the Dunwoody Preservation Trust, is this weekend, April 14 through 17, 2011. Springtime – the perfect time for an outdoor festival and one of the things Atlanta does best!
Taking place in Dunwoody’s Brook Run Park, Lemonade Days is four fun-filled days of games, rides, face-painting, arts and crafts, food and fun, a skate park exhibition, petting zoo, and includes the 3rd Annual BRAD – Bike Ride Around Dunwoody, which is a family-friendly way to raise funds for bike paths and bike awareness within the Dunwoody community and includes a bike safety class and a community bike ride with two routes to choose from. Registration is $15.00 per person from now up to the day of the event.
