The newly redesigned 683 Midtown Bar & Bistro at the Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown.

If you’ve visited Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown, the recent remodel may be a surprise, but a pleasant one. Hotel Indigo is known for being a boutique hotel brand that focuses on the local, taking cues from the neighborhood where each hotel resides. The new Hotel Indigo Atlanta Midtown has just unveiled its new look and a new restaurant and bar that is sure to turn heads. Already known and loved for being pet-friendly, casual, trendy, Hotel Indigo Atlanta’s new look makes it a midtown hot-spot, taking local to hyper-local and paying its respects to the color and culture of its neighbor, The Fox Theatre. Along with the new look comes a new menu and a re-dedication to use local ingredients and vendors in both food and beverage. Among the local vendors and growers on the list are Masada BakeryPhoenix ProduceSweetgrass Dairy, and The Local Farmstand.
