What better way to usher in the holiday season and toast this festive time of year than an elegant champagne dinner?
On Wednesday, December 7, from 6:30 until 9:30 PM, eleven, the signature restaurant of the Loews Atlanta Hotel, will host an “eleven flute” champagne dinner, featuring a decadent four-course menu of seasonally inspired items from acclaimed executive chef Olivier Gaupin and chef de cuisine Derek Rosen, as well as champagne pairings with each course.
First Course: Seared New Bedford Sea Scallop
chilled tomato and pepper Jell-O, cucumber carpaccio, crushed basil and olive vinaigrette
Second Course: Pan-Seared Foie Gras
morels and Lobster Ragout, Grilled Buttered Bread
Third Course: Peach-Mango Rubbed Guinea Hen
seared duck magret, pineapple vanilla glaze, rosemary roasted mango
Fourth Course: Warm Bitter Chocolate Molten

I can tell you from personal experience, eleven’s Chef Gaupin and chef de cuisine Rosen are experts at presenting not only an incredible meal, but also a one-of-a-kind dining experience. I attended the Summer Beer Dinner back in June and it was a treat – knowledgeable staff, interesting pairings, and amazing food, taking the concept of a pairing dinner to a more personal level. I highly recommend the experience!
